Mediation Session
Online or in-person the hourly rate is split between parties with a minimum of one hour (if two parties, $65 each per hour).

Memorandum of Understanding
Following a mediation the mediator may be asked to draft an MOU and parties will be charged, at the close of mediation, the fee to complete documentation.

Cancelation Fee

Consulting
You are free to cancel up to 48 hrs prior to mediation. After that, the canceling party will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one hour of mediating.

HGT wishes to have mediation services available broadly. Sliding scale options are available based on income.
Online or in-person the hourly rate is $100 and you are free to cancel up to 48 hrs prior to a session after which a $50 cancelation fee or no show fee will be required.
